would be one of the tallest installed in the UK. It would have a hub height of 80 m, a rotor

and ‘a moderate sense of remoteness and wilderness’. Really? It is in lowland Leicestershire, bordered by the
M1, the A14, Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground and the villages of North Kilworth and Husbands Bosworth. Hikers on the Bosworth
towpath, (a Conservation Area,) will be completely consumed by the turbine’s domination of the skyline. This is the
heart of the countryside with several villages within 3000 metres.
